Returns must be arranged within 14 days of the parcel being received. Please contact us at skinnybonespuppets@gmail.com if you would like to return an item.

Your Skinny Bones armature must be returned in the original, unused condition you received them, and must have your name and order number/email address inside the parcel. We can’t refund an item if we don’t know who it’s from!

All products are packaged as safely as possible, but if for any reason an item arrives damaged or defective, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.

Please note, the cost of returning the item is the responsibility of the customer. If you are returning an item from outside the UK, please write “RETURNED GOODS” on the parcel to avoid delays at customs.

Custom orders are non-refundable and once paid for, cannot be cancelled.
